With the recent order from Italy’s leading steel producer FERRIERE NORD (Pittini Group) for its Potenza plant, MORE has reached the record number of 215 CATFIS manipulators ordered.
The CATFIS manipulator is a simple and reliable device for temperature/carbon/oxygen/sample measuring and has been developed to accelerate operations and improve operator safety.
It falls within the ZERO MEN AROUND concept, the new approach for removing human operation and managing electric arc furnaces in fully automatic mode.
